Flood Retention Basin Straußfurt
The basin for flood retention Straußfurt takes an important role within flood protection in Northern Thuringia. In 2004, an assessment study was conducted to analyse the state of the asphalt protection layer on behalf of the Thüringer Fernwasserversorgung. In 2015, rehabilition concepts for the surface of 30.000 m² were developed and executed under the supervision of CMC.
